Standardized construction technology is the key to ensuring the quality of soil solidification projects. This article analyzes in detail the entire standard process from site preparation to post-maintenance.

1. Preparation

Before construction, the site needs to be cleaned, debris, vegetation and surface floating soil must be removed, and drainage measures must be taken. Measure and set out the lines to clarify the construction scope and elevation.

2. Soil testing and pretreatment

Sampling and analyzing the on-site soil to determine its moisture content, particle gradation and other indicators. Large pieces of soil need to be broken up, and soil that is too sticky can be improved by adding an appropriate amount of sand and gravel.

3. Distribution and mixing of curing agent

According to the designed ratio, spread the powder curing agent evenly, or dilute the liquid curing agent and spray it. Use a rotary tiller or road mixer to mix thoroughly to ensure that the curing agent is evenly mixed with the soil.

4. Leveling and compaction

After the mixture is mixed, use a grader for primary leveling. It is then rolled using a road roller under optimal moisture content conditions. Follow the principle of "light first and then heavy, first slow and then fast" until the design compaction is reached.

5. Maintenance

Carry out curing immediately after compaction is complete. It is usually sprayed with water or covered with film to keep it moist for more than 7 days, during which heavy vehicles are prohibited from passing.
