Adopt in-situ mixing and curing technology (deep mixing pile + surface curing).
1. Powder spray pile technology is used in the deep layer to spray modified curing material into the pile to form the pile body.
2. The surface 30cm is mixed and compacted with soil solidifier to form a hard shell layer, which is convenient for construction machinery to operate.
Test results
After 28 days of treatment, it was tested by a third-party testing agency that the bearing capacity of the composite foundation reached more than 150kPa, fully meeting the design requirements. Compared with the traditional filling method or preloading method, the construction period is shortened by half and the cost is reduced by 20%.
