After expert argumentation, it was decided to use "modified lime powder as roadbed supplement" combined with plain soil for solidification treatment as the pavement base.
Process flow: plain soil paving -> spreading curing agent -> rotary tiller mixing -> roller compaction -> maintenance.

After adopting soil solidification technology, the excavation soil of the roadbed is directly used, saving a lot of gravel material costs and transportation costs. According to statistics, the roadbed construction cost of this project was reduced by about 25%, and the construction speed was increased by 30%, and it was completed and opened to traffic one month ahead of schedule.
